Village Families,
I am so excited to start another year as principal of Village Elementary. We feel that Village is a special place, with a culture where our whole school community is committed to ensuring the best possible learning experience for all students. I am humbled to be a part of this wonderful school!
I am beginning my 18th year in Hartland Consolidated Schools, where I have worked in a variety of positions. Most recently, as Assistant Principal at Hartland High School before coming to Village in February 2022. Prior to coming to Hartland, I served in the United States Army.
My education includes a Bachelor of Science with a major in Political Science from Eastern Michigan University and Masters of Education in Educational Leadership from Concordia University-Portland. I earned my K-12 Administrative Certificate through the Michigan Association of Secondary School Principals Path to Leadership program.
